Compassionate Care and Expertise
I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
Specialising in trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic abuse, I work compassionately alongside individuals seeking healing, clarity, and emotional support.
Using an integrative and person-centred approach, therapy is tailored to your individual needs — helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.
Whether you are struggling with past experiences, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to face it alone.

Session Information
That’s okay! I believe there is no single approach to therapy that works for everyone. Each person comes with their own experiences, challenges, and hopes for change, which is why therapy should feel personal and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will work collaboratively to understand what support feels most helpful for you and identify the approaches that best align with your therapeutic goals, whatever they may be.
Not sure what therapy is best for you?
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your individual needs, circumstances, and therapeutic goals. For some people, short-term therapy can provide focused support around a specific challenge or life event, while longer-term therapy can offer space for deeper exploration, healing, and personal growth over time.
Our work will always move at a pace that feels safe, comfortable, and aligned with your needs.
Therapy Options
I offer a free 15–20 minute consultation where we can have an informal chat about what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with. During this conversation, we will complete a brief assessment to help us understand your needs and explore how I may best support you moving forward.
This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy, my approach, or the way I work. Finding the right therapist is important, and the consultation gives you space to see whether you feel we would be a good fit to work together.
